the watch cock movement signed André Hory à Paris – circa 1750

A small clock representing a palm tree topped with an eagle with outstretched wings, resting on a naturalistic rock base decorated with rushes, shells, snails and lizards.
The enamel dial with Roman numerals indicating the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes with pierced and engraved gilt brass hands. The circular cock movement engraved with the signature. The Fast/Slow adjustment is engraved on the back of the clock on the bronze, from XII then by sectors and is carried out by a key.
